Thanks to our hard working construction team, the Belle Aire Shores sales centre and model homes are shaping up nicely. We can’t take all the credit though, this unseasonably warm weather has helped us get ahead of schedule!
At the Belle Aire Shores sales centre on 6th Line, roofing is currently underway and the brick work on the exterior is nearing completion. The window installation is going smoothly, we are about to commence work on the interior, and we are on schedule to open our doors for a VIP preview opening spring 2016!
All six of our model homes are well underway with the majority of the framing complete and all the roof trusses are almost done. The brick and stonework will be commencing shortly while the windows are being installed.
Kelly Harvey Living, an award-winning design team who is very well known across the GTA, is working tirelessly on some timeless designs for the six model homes to demonstrate the high potential of each layout. We can’t wait to invite you to tour our new models in a few months!
We have already seen a tremendous amount of interest from first-time buyers, young couples looking to move up and start a family in an up-and-coming area, and many other home buyers.
Belle Aire Shores will feature a fantastic collection of townhomes and 36’, 42’, and 50’ detached homes. Phase 1 prices will be starting in the low $300,000s.
