On May 28th, Fernbrook Homes, Pristine Homes and Zancor Homes opened the doors to their highly anticipated Master-Planned Belle Aire Shores community in Innisfil. At the end of the first day of opening to eager registrants, more than 200 homes were purchased and Phase 1 was sold out. The success was beyond even the builders’ expectations and is a testament to Innisfil’s bright future.
